Have you seen our new garage store. Built at a cost of nearly £10k this is a great facility to safely store equipment. We still have some work to do in the compound and in April (or as soon as the compound is dry enough to take the weight of a lorry full of cement) we will complete the concrete pad around the garag plus extend the concrete area that can be used to cook outside
Broken paving slabs will be replaced and we will make the entrance to the building accessible for all.
New lights will be installed to the side of the Hut so more events can take place outside. New fire doors will replace the ones in place as well.
In the next few weeks we will be able to switch the lights on as you enter the compound. Groundwork's and electric work are nearly complete. This will light up the area around the gate and also illuminate part of the new walk way from the car park.
We are already seeing new growth on bushes near the gates and our aim is to keep the growth under control.
